drop your CVs in different banks like Bank Alfalah, UBL, Meezan bank, Citibank, Prime Commercial bank, Saudi pak bank etc. If they require you, they will contact you. The new commercial/foreign banks have more open avenues for you. More chances you can obtain training form them. You will find more practical/professional business environment there.
