my knowledge of ACCA institutes in Pakistan is limited to Karachi city.

the best institutes in Karachi are
CAMS
Al-Hamd Academy
NCA
Abeel School of Accountancy
Tabanis School of Accountancy
School of Business Studies
CMS

You can study from different institutes at the same time e.g u can study F7 from NCA and F8 from CAMS at the same time.

There is no difference between the ACCA certification, whether u choose to study from UK or Pakistan.
