salaaam all,
dear fellows, i have some confusions in understanding different management hierarchies followed by different companies.
in a book, i came accross the hierarchy tht goes
1- CEO
2- vice presidents for alll functions, eg, VP(finance), VP(marketing)
will u plz tell me
1- where do the COO, MD, CFO, chairman etc fit in this hierarchy
2- is the general manager, COO, n CEO same thing?
3- will u plz give me a more detailed hierarchy tht is generally followed??
