Why does Saudi Aramco hire?

I was recently talking to them about a job as a drilling supervisor. I'm thinking about sending in my resume,(yeah, I know it involves relocating)...I just wonder why they hire so many foreigners for this and their other jobs, because I know they have a LOT of foreigners working for them.
