yes but the firm should be registered with ICAP, please visit the ICAP to get the list of firms abroad registered with ICAP.
the one i know is Viqar A Khan (Canada), Sajjad Haider & Co (UAE), Hadi Shahid & Co (UAE).
But remember its not an easy task to get the article there.

My personal advice is that complete your articles in Pakistan and then plan any career abroad. Just a couple of reason to back that

- its much more easier to study (peer support, books, tution/coaching etc.)
- believe it or not, what ever firm you are training in Pakistan will accomodate you much better for study leave compared to any one else abroard.
- You will be unable to support yourself monetarily, I can say for the firms in the UAE, who pay peanuts (some times just the travel costs) to trainees, exceptions barred.
-In the UAE, the couple of firms that do exist, usually take up trainee students who are resident in that country (meaning are on their father's/husband's visa because the firm cannot usually afford to apply for more visas!)
-These are all small or middle level firms and do not necessariy have many large corporate clients, so for a trainee the exposure is quite limited.

So unless you have a support system in any of these countries and understand the 'risk factor' that is involved in transfering out, fine go ahead.

Just my personal thoughts on that. Qualify get your ACA desig. and the world is out there for you !
