All of your questions should be answered by looking into the Student Book by Institute of Actuaries or Socity of Actuaries (links to both of them can be searched on this forum).
In Pakistan, to my knowledge, only KU run undergraduate programme in Act. Sc. but that programme isn't yet affiliated with any professional actuarial body so no exemptions to their grads.
