Well Nauman,, its pretty much upto you. These are two different vocations all together. I think its best to go with what you enjoy. What really helps is to compare the pros and cons of both these vocations, time you will have to put in and what you will end up doing. Ask your self some very basic questions where do I want to see myself in the next ten years. Pity we do not have ''job counselors'' but I think its a good idea to talk to some of your teachers, they may be able to tell you what you are good at.
By the way if you do decide to go for acturial science, I think you do not need to go for ACCA, I think a Bachelors with relevant subjects would be more suited. Vist this thread for more on Acturial science
