Well, sajjad,
It doesnt matter you qualify your ACCA from Pakistan or from UK, as ACCA is same everywhere in the world, the team, who takes the exams from all over the world, is the representative of ACCA, you have to appear in same level of papers whether your are in UK or somewhere else.
Yes the difference comes from the exposure you get from UK (articleship), and in my opinion in pakistan you will get the better exposure if you are willing to stay in Pakistan in future.
In pakistan if you are in even in a small firm then you can get the exposure of a listed company, but in UK you will be getting the experience of Super stores, and the entities like that.
however you are well paid if you are doing articleship of ACCA from UK,
I dont know about the MBA (after ACCA) but if it is so, then its good to have 2 degrees at the same time.
and as your friend said UK qualifieds have bright future in Pakistan,
It is just due to mentality of the people that we are too much inspired from goraaas, What do u think ?? can you tell me the difference b/w Qualifying ACCA during stay at UK or being in Pakistan ???
and i agree with evolution, go for ICEAW after your ACCA
