Take a look at this site, it gives you reasonable detail and reviews on all of the PDAs You are considering.

However, I personally like A1000 for two reasons, First being the ''fully loaded'' thing and second because I got this free with a very reasonably priced contract, alomst half the price on what was being offered on the Sony or the Seimens one. Yeah the A1000 would cost some thing around Sterling 325 in the UK.
