Hello brother, i think it inters that drive a CA's mind but do remember that training is not all inclusive period of a CA, it is just a starting point. Tax consultancy requires special skills and knowledge and it is not a child's play. One has to equip oneself with all the relevant tools to run a business and simple lawyers (i think u mean only lawyers and not tax lawyers) can not do the same. Secondly i do not want to comment on whether AAC is a good firm or not and also i do not want to go into the details of good or bad firms and further i do not want to highlight the importance of so called reference, i know that there are ppl who do their articles with AAC and there are ppl who left THK (KPMG) and joined AAC for their better future. I believe that this is a matter that varies from person to person and there is no benchmark as to whether we should go for AFF or etc etc.
