Agreed that the lower and middle cadre in the Army do exhibit a professional and true attitude. I would however, not support the Army's role which is not constitutional. I would support Army's role if it were through a legal mean, say like in Turkey.
Irrespective of how involved the Army is in politics or business, we do need them for the security of this country. No matter how good our relations with India turn out to be we will need the Army.
Kudos to the Army (despite a lot of shortcomings) for doing their job in the toughest of times.
