Aaj kal in modern educated families showbiz career (with the exception of films) is not considered bad or of low respect. It may not be the case in uneducated, tang nazar families.

But its also right that money is not everything. There are other things to appreciate also. Actual respect is of education, whether its accoutnting or anyother.
