Every institute has its own speciality in different papers. In every institute there are some good teachers. You can choose different papers from differnt institutes because it is not mandatory that you should study all subjects from same institute.
For example my students prefer to study Paper 1,3,6 and 8 from me but not paper 9 becasue i am not good in it. Therefore they study other subjects from different institutes where faculty is good.
