As far as late sittings are concerned, firms do consider these things for their female trainees, so you dont have to worry too much about it. But at the same time, be a little prepared for some late sittings, 'cos as you know they are part and parcel of our job and at times they do become unavoidable because of finalization of a client or stringent target dates.
P.S. AFF has a reputation of not being lenient about late-sittings for girls, but it does have the reputation of being among the top firms, so you will have to balance your options and then decide. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
