Contact any of your local registered tuition providers. Ask them the dates on which they'll be conducting the exams. It is usually when they get enough candidates, that they conduct the exams.
After you've decided the date, go to your chosen tuition provider, submit fees & get receipt.
It'd be wiser to contact more than one tuition provider institutes and preferably the more famous one like Skans etc which have more students. They conduct CBE's more regularly.
