Dear Amir,
You have been advocating JAMIA HAFSA that they acted against those women after taking every possible legal action and making all efforts against them. I surely do not accept your version for the reasons already discussed by me.
So, as per your version these MAULVIES are very much lawful and they did those acts because they failed to get any positive response from the law enforcers.
Now, if you have heard the news update for last day's dramma of these MAULVIES, what are your comments. They invited so-called similar minded people from all over the Pakistan to cenvene a meeting/conference at Lal Masjid. It is important to note that from all over Pakistan, these guys were not more than 2,000. What a big democratic gathering, it was. Was not it? Only 2,000 out of total 150,000,000 people of Pakistan. It shows how much general people backing these guys have.
Now they have declared
-to setup some Sharia court encompassing 10 (or more) Mufties to decide the matters.
-the implementation of "the SHARIAT" in an islamic society where Government has alreday introduced shariat courts thus introducing the STATE WTHIN STATE concept.
-They have further threatened the Government that, if any action will be taken against these guys, they will attack government and other establishments using SUICIDE BOMB ATTACKERS.
-They have warned all the shopkeepers having videos and CDs to close their business, otherwise they will take action against them
-They offered such shopkeepers to take funds from them for establishing new businesses.
What the hell is this?
Is it Islam? Is it our Islam? Does our Islam allow suicidal attacks on own muslims and innocent non-muslims? Does our law allows threatnening the government this way? Does our law allow shutting down of business of other? Who gives the individuals this power? Does our Islam allows individuals within a muslim government/state to create there own courts or so-called shariat courts? DO they have some different Sharia than other muslims? or Do other muslims have sharia different than them? (Naoozbillah)
Who are these MAULVIES? Mr. Abdul Rasheed Ghazi (the representative/Vice President of JAMIA, who is called as MAULANA) was personally involved in all terrorist (the then JEHAAD) activities of AFGHANISTAN. The government has so many times captured amunition from their Madrisas/Mosques in previous years. This has been published in news papers
The Jamia Hafza Madrassa was raided by police in July as part of an operation to round up militants after the suicide bombings in London. Allegedly, at least one of the bombers had visited a madrassa in Pakistan a few months before the attacks. (As per BBC report) However, government did some compromise thereafter.
Mr. Ejaz-ul-Haq is the main person who saves these people whenever some action is supposed to be taken against them. The major reason behind is his father's (General ZIA-UL-HAQ) previous relationship with such Maulvies.
I cannot understand how these guys will get BOMBS for suicide attacks. Can you tell me Mr. Amir as you have been invloved in proving them innocent. Do they have a big stock of BOMBS and amunition with them, the force of which, is supporting them to do this all in the capital of the country? If so, then these all should invariably be punished becoz unlawfully holding amunition and such bombs is a crime and these all MAULVIES OF JAMIA are criminals.
If such bombs are not available with them, then how they are sure about getting them, from the market. Who will provide them this amunition? Indians or russians or some others? Would such amunition supplier not be the criminals? Why these MAULVIES have relationship and contacts with criminals. And if they will get this amunition, would they not be doing crime? yes, They will again be the criminals.
Let us dont support these criminals any more.
