I am unable to understand, what exactly do you want to raise a point here. There are many views from both sides which you raise. I think we should, just thank to ALLAH thats enough.
As far as Aitzaz ahsan concern he did best job. Infact he is a best lawyer in Pakistan who not only defend this case but also defend 'MUKHTARAN MAI' case withoout any fees.
