This stuff is widely present at a number of places on web. All the information present on the web, especially that is not linked with any author or displays the result of a survey, is not always very credible. However, in this case the reasons associated with the habits sound logical which at least has made me to believe this information correct.
Given this is the criteria of brain degeneration, then I think most of us including me do not have very healthy habits. Having no break fast is common, and most of people I know do not take breakfast regularly. Over eating, nicotine, high sugar consumption and irregular sleeping habits make the case with most of us.
I will conclude by saying such things can be over looked very easily. At least we should think of these and make the smallest effort of making our habits healthier.
