Dear sarfraz
I beg to disagree that Jihad is the peak. It is infact the last resort. The verses you referred to are only applicable if everything else has failed (eg negotiations and pressure) and there is no other way out but to use minimum necessary force.
The peak of our religion is the institution of Guardianship (Kafalat), which is the backbone of islam's economic and social system. Jihad has a set protocol and unfortantely that protocol is not in place in Pakistan. I believe the West is 100% correct in b*****ng these fanatic so called jihadis as sudice bombers.
Even in the state of jihad, islam prohibits killing somebody who is not a direct party to the conflict.
I suggest you read the instituion of Guradianship (kafalat) and then ask yourself, is it correct to leave your dependents wihtout cover to go and kill somebody who is not a direct party to any harm being inflicted upon you.
