Major part of discussion has been conforming to our thinking. Even not concluding a conclusion is also a part of such conformation.
As per my view, currently, there is no conflict between army and Govt. However, this does not mean that army has no influence in Governmental affairs or Govt is running its business by having some dissenting issues with army. These are two different things and need to be understood.
I no where mentioned that issuance of circular was under army pressure. This was withdrawn uner ISI's pressure. Again, either its issuance or withdrawal does not reflect conflict between Govt and army. It however shows that army has great influence over government. This is what needs to be understood.
