As far as I know, ACCA does not have any MRA or any other arrangement with AICPA these days. All I know is, ACCA is acceptable to Colorado State Board of Accounting for satisfaction of educational requirement only. Even for Colorado CPA, an ACCA member must have to sit for 4 CPA exams in USA and must have to satisfy other requirements like very specific experience requirements by CO board.
However, I don't know details of every single board of accountings (for ACCA) in States out of total 54 (or perhaps 52) boards there.
ACCA's MRA with CGA Canada is quite straight forward.
