I am not much aware with the actuary profession as I belong to audit profession, however I recommend that you contact the actuary employees here & ask them at what stage do they hire students. In my opinion you should start an international actuary qualification instead of KU Degree & you'll eventually get hired by an actuary firm once you have passed reasonable number of papers.
