You can use generalized IQ level testing books available in market. You simply visit a good books-store and inquire about the general knowledge and aptitude test books available for ISSB tests, navy entry test, teachers' induction tests, public service exams, language exam etc.
Select a few books which appeal you and start studying.
I remember there has been a book titled "Major Aptitude Test" authored by some army major that was widely used by students and was reported to be quite effective.
