Why would you go for ICMAP after doing CIMA. They are both the same qualifications for Management Accounting/Financial Management. One should consider diversifying qualification portfolios, after CIMA (if you really go for it) you should opt for Chartered Accountancy or CFA or MBA etc. Taking too many qualifications of same kind cannot benefit. If you try to qualify CIMA in 4 years and meanwhile also gain your practical experience side by side and get admitted into CIMA membership within 4 years you can get CPA Australia as well. Currently CIMA and CPA Australia have signed a reciprocal membership agreement for a period of 5 years starting from last year. So if you are CIMA you can become CPA Aus and vice versa.
Additionally you can get MBAs from 21 famous universities of UK, Australia and France by becoming CIMA member. In most of the cases you simply have to attempt 1 or 2 exams and gain you MBA qualification.
