Proverbs are the words of wisdom and essence of years of experiences. But we are the people who have un-ending guts to prove those wrong. For example, there is a saying, "aankhon daykhi makhi koi nahi nigalta."
We have such a strong apetite to consume "makkhay", not even for makkhi, that each time we "clean" them again before next round of consumption. Though each time they consume us instead of we.
So, parkray janay ka dar to kab ka khatam ho chuka, kionkay ham khud hi pakray janay walay makkhon, magarmuchon, jonkon, aur machlon (perhaps the nearest word I would use for big fishes (not bari machli)) ko dho dhula kar sar par bithanay kay aadi hain.
What are we.... Entomophagous?
