thnx for the advice but i stated 'i wanna know MORE abt it' anyways makin myself more clear i wanna ask if deres any difference b/w the two lines (ie the USA and the UK one) as in any diff in seeking jobs.

If you want to practice in Pakistan in the future, Institute of Actuaries (UK) and Soceity of Actuaries (SOA) carry more or less the same value...
If you see yourself in UK or USA in the near future, then studying through their respective 'boards' would be certainly better.
