The BSc degree programme is worth between 360 / 375 credits and is a full undergraduate degree. If you are referring to credit hours or CAT points please refer to the link below;

Therefore a completed undergraduate degree is worth 120 CATS

120-130 credit hours is what a Pakistani 4 years undergrad degree worth. So I'm sure now that HEC can never equate it less than 4 years.
