I don't know which country's ICMA you are asking about. Canada has its own management accounting association i.e. CMA Canada. After new legislation of Bill 158, which is currently under process, designated CA's and CMA's from any other country would become unable to write their designations even on resume, in order to protect consumers in Ontario.
Search Bill 158 for accountants in Ontario.
