Dear Sagar,
It usually happens when u visit some websites which provide information for free,
I am not sure how to remove it, but i think you should first uninstall the Internet Explorer and then re-install it.
but before re-installing, manually delete the folder of Internet Explorer in the Program files, (keep in mind that u delete the folder after un-installing the I.E.)
I hope this will work, and if the problem is removed then get some popup removing softwares and install them in your pc, these softwares protect your pc from such auto-installations of toolbars and popups.
