Sagar, to the best of my knowledge KU's Act. Sc. programme doesn't allow you to obtain any exemption from IOA or SOA. So, I don't think there is any point studying for this hard 3-4 yr of undergraduate degree which doesn't have any 'real' benefit. However, you may want to study at KU just to get the head around about the subject which may help you in the long run in terms of studying for professional exams at later stage.
Having said that, I would still recommend going to more prestigious university, e.g. IBA or LUMS and study something relevent there at the BSc. level, and perhaps then consider studying Actuarial Science. This option may allow you to land at a much better job which may help your career progession in the long run.
While say this, I dont under estimate the value of KU in any sense, so it's up to you really what course you think would help you personally.
My last advise would be to choose something that would not limit your choice in any case.
