as per dard, i think top up degrees dont really add anything to your CV since the colleges that offer them like birminghim city uni, london south bank etc are not very well rated colleges in the UK. if you check the times best university ranking, you will find that all these are ranked below 80-100 so dont consider that as a good option.
waisay, why are you looking to spend so much for passing the same paper when you can easily study the same here from better teachers ( im saying this bcz teachers here are committed and give a lot more time, in the uk you get very few classes, check on the website, the amount of time they give is seriously low)
