Well Mr. Meer, there is no hard and fast rule for u.k visa as it all depends on u.k visa officer's discration. If he is satisfied from ur answers then may allow u to enter in u.k even if u have only 1 or 2 lakh of pakistani rupees in ur bank otherwise he won't give u a visa even if u have millions in ur account. But simple and thumb rule is
1. have adequate money in ur account like between 6 to 8 lakh
2. show the visa officer that u don't have any liability in pakistan... like sister's marriage etc.
3. make him understand that u will return pakistan after completing ur studies as he will simply ask u y u are going there when u have enough colleges for acca education here in pakistan.
4. If u have good property here in paksitan then also present these documents to visa officer.

But above all depend on God, if u have a good fate regarding u.k visit then u will surely get otherwise don't be disappointed and remember one thing u can do a lot here in paksitan.
