there are certain sectors of the politics which are instiutionally outside the framework of their existance. Shukat Aziz is claimed to be the one who will take us to safety. Let the history repeat again, this experiment have always ended in tears. The reason is Politics start where managment ends and Shukat aziz is an expert manager only not a politican.
