We have to get used to the Ordinance for future practical life because when in future changes in law will apprear then we donot have to take new text book to understand that amendment. At such times by reading amended provision with relevant sections will give us suficient understanding of the change.
By getting addicted to the text book, it will become difficult for one to understand law.
