An incident / few words always have some impact on our soul, less or more. How much it affects us depends upon the state of mind or mood at the time of incident, our thoughts, view points, and may be the environment within which a person is grown up. Some people may take a little impact as nothing happened and just ignore the incident or the word, the other one may take a huge impact of the same incident or words so that it changes his entire life. Or an incident / word at one time did not have any affect but may have some drastic impact some other time on the same person.
Anyhow, the words that have great impact on me always (Allah kmi baishi maaf frmain)

Or wo un logo ki tarah na ho jain jin ko pehlay kitabain di gai thin, phir un pay zmana taweel ho gia or un k dil sakht ho gay or un main akser na farman hainâ ( Sorah Al Hadeed 5716)
And
â maal or olaad tu dunya ki zindagi ki he ronaq hain, baqi rehnay wali , teray rab k han, naikian hain jo ummed k lehaz sy behter hain. Or jis din ham paharoon ko chlain gay or tu zameen ko saaf daikhay ga, or sb ko jama krain gay, or in main say ksi ko bhi na chorain gay. Or sb teray rab k samnay saf bandhay paish kiay jain gay, yaqeenan tum hmaray pass aay ho jaisa ham nay tum ko pehli baar peeda kia tha, kia tum nay yay khayal kia tha k ham nay tmharay liay koi wada muqrar nahi kia. Or aamal naama rakh dia jay ga, phir mujramo ko daikhay ga jo is cheez say darnay walay hungay jo is main hay or wo kahain gay, Afsoos, Ham pr yay kaisa aamal naama hay is main na koi chooti baat choori gai hay na bari, is main sab kuch likha hoa hay, or jo kuch unhook nay kia hoga sb moojod hoga. Or tera rab kisi pay zulam krnay wala nahi hay.â (Sorah 18110)
Ager translation ko smjtay hoay ayat ki recitation sunain or in mnazir ko mehsoos krain tu dil kanp jata hay.
