well there r few firms in uae which r linked up with icap rules. u might get their names by visiting icap web site or icap directory.
as far as job is concerned u can get job after articles in uae .
as far as switch over 2 other qualification is concerned, u can do acca which is accepted in uae for gud paying jobs.
and last on visit visa luck also does matter.
