When you will keep in touch with the Islamic scholars then you will come to know that most of such kind of things like keeping ones hand in prayers is forbidden or not, or some mulla calling another mulla calling kafir are misconceptions. I agree there are some incidents of it but they are very FEW and MOST of the scholars do not brand each other kafir. I assure you, you just need to get the company of some scholarly people and then you will know the truth. Most of the people who say MULLAHS are this, MULLAHS are that are just heresy.
