Umair, you can't prove anything that is not mathematical!!
Anyways, to get employment in the UK for a non-EU national an employer has to sponcor the candidate for work permit. Following the sponcor the Home Office or the Work Permit department issues the work permit for employment with that specific employer. This means that if you decided to change your job then you will need a new permit, again based on the sponcorship of your new employer. The whole scenario repeat if you again decide to change job or employer fires you, until unless you remain on woork permit for 4 continuous year, as then you can apply for indefinate leave to remain. ILR is again on discrenition of Home Office authorities.
So, to sponcor a candidate the employer has to 'prove' or 'justify' the Home Office authorities that they couldn't find a suitable candidate first in UK and then in EU.
Having said that, if you do get successful in obtaining admission in HBS then you would have already got credentials that not many other candidates would have and hence, the employer could justify the condition.
However, not all employers in the UK do want to go in to that trouble of sponcoring foreiners - even if you are graduate of a redbrick university, as not only it invloves alot of hassle but also it means they have to show their accounts etc. - basically a lot of hassle.
Also, I have heard that some employers, I can't use their name on this public forum, hwo just don't like graduates of HBS in particulur. I don't know why but this is what they said to me. And yeh, I gained this information as I heppen to know somebody who is a 'European Head of Recruitment' at a very reknowned firm.
As you know that MBA is an american origin qualification and generally, not many people in Europe have MBA, so if your ultimate destination is UK then why bother doing MBA and investing a lot of energy and resources in gaining admission in an american institution. IMHO, your safer bet would be, if you still interested in MBA, doing one either from LBS or INSEAD. Forget Judge or Said, they are yet to be established formerly.
I'm sorry for being too nosey, but would you mind telling me about yourself as in your educational / career bacground.
Cheers
DT
