I am more than satisfied by those links, plus I also phoned ICAP's islamabad office, they gave me the exact information you provided rabia-k, and as for this retarded fella, he needs to use his brain cells, He is some lamer grown up in some low life area and i think he has this habit of poking his nose where he shouldn't, also he has no respect how to talk with senior people, I think he is purely retarded as he himself admits it so let's not argue with someone who is a complete dork it's needless.
