ACCA Professional Training Requirement

Salam!
I'm a student of ACCA and ALHUMDULILAH cleared 9 papers out of 14.
I'm currently doing Internship in Packages Ltd as a Management Accountant Internee.
I asked the a person at HR Dept that is this internship can be considered as ACCA articales or ACCA professional training? they replied No
My question is that is its compulsory that for a person to complete 3 year articales from ACCA approved employer..
or we can just start a job in any reputed organisation and give the certificate to the ACCA body and they will include this work experience as Professional Training and after 3 years we'll be ACCA qualified???
is that possible???

yes you can simply get a job which is accounting or finance related.. you do not have to be employed with an ACCA approved employer. internships do count towards your experience requirement as long as you can show that you have achieved any or some of the performance objectives..
