Many of my friends ask me that I have failed in some paper, would I be inducted in Big 4? I always reply them that dont worry about it, focus all your attention in your studies. Inshallah when you will through Allah will make the things better for you.
The Big Four are the four largest international accountancy and professional services firms, which handle the vast majority of audits for publicly traded companies as well as many private companies, creating an oligopoly over the auditing industry.

That is the reason why most of the students want to get their practical experience (articleship) from the Big4

(@ A.H) first of all what is the maximum number of papers that i can give in a year? I am planning to give the first module in June 2010 so can i give another three exams in december 2010?
second question you basically need three years of training to be a qualified acca. so lets say that by June 2011 im done with the fundamental part and then i start my artcleship. lets say that by june 2012 i am done with all the 14 papers and i have also completed one year of my training. that means that i still need to work for another two years i.e till June 2014 before i am a qualified acca and start getting a decent pay? because students doing their articleship get paid very less.
You can sit for a maximum of 4 papers each exam session that makes it 8 papers in a year.
You need to have a total of 3 years of relevant experience in order to qualify as an ACCA.
