Zikria,

every thing is possible, your cousin needs to find out if firms in Cyprus agree to sponsor him. I think for most of these counries ie Malaysia, Singapore, Bahrain etc. the ICAEW scheme is only open to citizens of that country because of visa regulations and all

Sir,
He contacted to Cyprus college and told me that, they advise him
to study a bachelor degree from their college meanwhile he'll get the Work Permit and also their degree is recognised by ICAEW.

By doing so he can get the training contract with an approved employer and they also explained to him that they performed such kind of work before when there was international students willing to get ACA of ICAEW by getting training contract in cyprus.

Please give some pieces of advice.
