With due Respect to all members and readers i whould like to have your guidence in this issue. One of our supplier have paid advance tax at time of auction sale and give us the sales tax invoice for them. now when we making payment to him,can we should deduct tax u/s 153 and also clreafy how his tax will adjusted as he paid double tax as @ 5% u/s 236(A) And @ 3.5% u/s 153.
