Your question is too short to answer. You have following options after M.com.
i. Get Admission in ICMAP if you have desire to become Management Accountant.
ii. May find suitable job.
iii. Get Admission in ICAP for better future prospects.
iv. You may start your own business.
It will be better for you to do ICMA because you can get and continue job with ICMA but you cnat do so with CA. Because articleship of several years is required to complete and during articleship you can earn only upto RS.3000- 5000/-
