For Cost Accounting.. U must try Petiwala Publishers' book for Cost Accounting for BCom II . Matz n Ushry (9th Edition) will also do good for BCom exam. And as far as training is concerned then i dont know about the banks but u must try to get training in any CA firm there in multan. They normally take Commerce graduates as there trainee.
