CA is equal to MCOM as a letter issued by HEC.
So after CA, you will get a certificate that its equal to MCom

During ACCA you get a BSc Accouting degree, so you should opt that

Is ICAP ok ? my dear ICAP is the only institute that regulates, offers and examines for CA exams. There is no other alternative. You might want to find out which RAET to go to ?
