Personally I think there email Id's may be working properly and are functional, but it may be possible that they are not considering to response U for whatever reasons.

Anyways I do think that, ho sakta hay aap k haathon main Germs hon iss liay aap ki emails nahi phonch paa rahi Aur Access denied ho raha hay even after your continious struggle. I recommend U aap "B Clean and Cool" ka Hand sanitizer istimaal kijiyay phir try kijiyay, main nay kaheen dekha hay k iss k laganay say aap Accesses ho jatay ho.
