Hi All
I wonder if any of you learned friends can assist on a query. My wife is not a Pakistani national but is working in Pakistan as a consultant for a private school. She is a share holder in the school and also receives a monthly remuneration, along with expenses. Can you advise as to what her tax liabilities are with regards to her monthly remuneration and also on any dividends she receives.
Secondly, part of her duties is to teach classes, I would assume that she is entitled to tax rebates due to being a female teacher. Is this correct?
And finally, would it be better for her to be considered a consultant or as a full-time salaried employee with regards to her tax liabilities.
Many thanks in advance for any feedback you guys are able to provide.
