BTW HEC don't issue equivalence certificate for A/O LEUEL.It is IBCC who do this.

Issuing certificate means HEC recognizes this degree and consider this as equivalent to Pakistani graduation. Of course they won't be stamping HEC logo on your OBU degree lol.
Thanx for the correction about O/A Levels.
No I havn't got this BSc. yet. I worked on the project on my own but was unaware of changes as they were switching to new syllabus and made it compulsory to complete Ethics module (deadline had elapsed when I realized). I'll accommodate the changes in new scheme and might submit in this session or may be next one.
