Yes you can. All you need to do is to visit the University of Karachi and ask them for registration form for private/external candidate.

Do tareeqay hein. Pehla Past papers mein likha hota hai poora syllabus along with recommended books. Uskay ilawa University k Bank k pass aik choti si dukaan hai. wahan se syllabus mil sakta hai.
